Welcome to Oak Ridge Resort. We have proudly built up our business since 1990.  Oak Ridge Resort has been in operation since 1954 and has seen many transitions to make it the modern resort it is today.

Originally from Iowa, we took the big step in 1990 and moved to the Ozarks (boy are they fantastic) -- we have never regretted it. We want to give our guests the opportunity to enjoy the beauty and tranquility we have experienced here. There is so much to see and do in this area.

During the summer months we like having potlucks, sitting on the dock or around the pool visiting with our guests. In the cooler months there are always the cozy campfires and wiener roasts that kids and adults both like. People are our business, we love being around them and want to ensure them a happy vacation. Some may want total privacy - that's OK too! Just let us know what you want -- we aim to please.

For you people who want total peace and quiet, September through March is the ideal time (the fishing is better in the cooler months). Plus, we offer reduced weekly rates and monthly rates during the off-season.

For the pro anglers or scuba divers we are only five minutes by boat from Bull Shoals Lake Boat Dock, which is a full service marina, including a dive shop and guided trips.  We have a good location and a nice launch area for anyone in tournaments held at the marina.  To save time you can purchase your fishing license ahead of time on-line at https://www4.wildlifelicense.com/ar/start.php.
