We are located on the east side of Bull Shoals Lake almost straight north of Bull Shoals City.

By Car

Heading North on Hwy 5 out of Mountain Home, go 6 miles North of Midway, Arkansas on Hwy 5.

...or Heading South, go 3 miles on Hwy 5 from the Missouri State line.

Turn onto Baxter County Road #17 off highway 5 at the "Promise Land" sign. Go nine miles on blacktop road to County Road 106. Turn left and stay left at the fork, following the Oak Ridge Resort signs to our office.
Be careful of following google maps shortcut on CR117 as it's a gravel road and may be impassible with high water.

On the lake, our docks sit in Noe Creek off Point #3, just one mile due north of Bull Shoals Marina.

Closest and most convenient commercial airport is Springfield Branson. About a 2 hr drive.

Baxter County Regional is about 20 min away.
